Here is my “I’m stupid rich” optioned Roxor. Only $50k

Kinja'd!!!

Here’s the every option checked one (barf). A cool $65k.

Kinja'd!!!

Finally, here’s how I’d actually order one that’s reasonable. Just under $21k.

Kinja'd!!!

The configurator is a lot of fun

(no hat tip?)

Yea, I have no need for one either, but it’s really a great configurator. It’s better than most car manufacturers and it’s for a side-by-side UTV.

Added a hat tip, s orry for leaving your contribution out.

I assume that $7k difference is mostly crash standards and emissions related.

Seems like a fair price up charge to be road legal and mostly weather proof.

*priced as how I would spec them.

The Roxor comes with a diesel though which would be another $4-5k adder if the Wrangler had one, b ut yea, point taken. I could see these being great at cabin properties since you can still take these on ATV trails .

I can buy this road legal and registered Mahindra PikUp S10 dual cab for the equivalent of US$22,300. Diesel, air con, power steering, Android auto etc etc...

Kinja'd!!!

Someone is making a killing ripping off ignorant Americans with the Roxor....

I’m trying to find bright colors that go with a matte orange grill. This is sulfur yellow which I think is less loud than the blue/orange combo:

No question. Though it does meet modern safety standards.

My point is though that this is sold road legal and with all statutory compliances and comes better equipped that the Roxor in every way. And it is still cheaper than the bare bones and unregisterable Roxor .

If the mob behind the US Roxor chose to do the same thing with the PikUp...I’d expect it to be even cheaper than what I can get it for ! But clearly it won’t be...
